PARIS (Interstat) — Substitute Belkacem Dali Amar scored twice to power Caen to a 3-0 road victory over Paris 13 Atletico in a National 1 match Friday at Stade Sébastien Charléty.

The result defied pregame projections, which heavily favored the hosts. Dali Amar opened the scoring in the 37th minute and sealed the win with his second in the 73rd. Fellow substitute Alexandre Parsemain added a 60th-minute goal. Arnold Temanfo and Noa Donat each provided assists for Caen.

Paris 13 Atletico played the final minutes a man down after Souleymane Sagnan received a red card in the 85th minute. The loss opens the season for the Parisian club, while Caen begins its campaign with a win.
