CAEN, France (April 3, 2026) (Interstat) — Caen rallied to a 1-1 draw with Stade Briochin U19 in a National 1 match Friday at Stade Michel d’Ornano. The visitors struck first when Alexandre Parsemain scored in the 57th minute. Caen found the equalizer in the 81st minute via Guillaume Beghin’s goal. The result defied the pre-game projection from Interstat, which gave Caen a 55.4% chance to win and simulated a 2-1 victory. Both sides saw a player booked in the first half, with cautions for Stade Briochin’s Pierre Antoine Diatta Dorival in the 31st minute and Caen’s Didi Gaucho before halftime. The draw leaves each team with an identical record to start the league campaign.
