Wycombe Wanderers vs Lincoln City

LONDON (Interstat) — Wycombe Wanderers, fresh off a scoreless draw, will host a surging Lincoln City side in a League One fixture at Adams Park on Saturday.

The match pits two English third-tier clubs with contrasting recent form. Wycombe (6-5-4) settled for a 0-0 draw at Port Vale last Saturday. Prior to that, the Chairboys displayed their potent attack in a 4-1 rout of Leyton Orient on Nov. 8.

Lincoln City (5-4-6) arrives with momentum after a 2-1 victory over Doncaster last weekend. That win snapped a three-match winless streak in league play for the Imps, who had been outscored 4-0 in losses to Rotherham United and Leyton Orient and a draw with Bradford City in that span.

Statistical models heavily favor the home side. Interstat’s game simulator projects a 2-1 victory for Wycombe, while its ELO rating system gives the Chairboys a 65.1% probability of winning.

The contest will be a test of Wycombe’s consistent home form against Lincoln’s attempt to build a winning streak. Following this match, Wycombe travels to face Rotherham United on Nov. 29, while Lincoln hosts Port Vale on the same date.

Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. local time at Adams Park in High Wycombe, England.
