ANGELHOLM, Sweden (Interstat) — Oskarshamns AIK delivered a 2-1 upset victory over Angelholms FF on Saturday in a Swedish Ettan football match at Änglavallen, defying pregame projections that heavily favored the home side.

Adam Hellborg opened the scoring for the visitors in the 42nd minute. Angelholms FF’s Tarek Alnator equalized in the 59th, but Oscar Hedenberg netted the decisive goal for Oskarshamns AIK in the 84th minute. The result improved Oskarshamns AIK’s league record to 1-0, while Angelholms FF fell to 0-1. Interstat’s ELO system had given Angelholms FF a 77.3% probability to win.
