CRAWLEY, England (Interstat) — Substitute Mark Shelton scored in the 56th minute to secure a 1-1 draw for Barnet against Crawley Town on Tuesday in the League Two opener for both clubs at Broadfield Stadium.

Danilo Orsi-Dadamo had given the home side an early lead. The match, which saw seven yellow cards issued, finished as projected by Interstat’s simulator. Their ELO system had favored Barnet with a 56.7% win probability.

The result leaves both teams with identical records to start the season: no wins, no losses and one draw across all competitions. Shelton’s equalizer, assisted by Idris Kanu, provided the key moment in a tightly contested match.
