TOKYO (Interstat) — Minebea Mitsumi FC hosts Criacao Shinjuku on Saturday in a Japan Football League matchup between clubs seeking to build late-season momentum.

The game kicks off at 2 p.m. local time at Minebea Mitsumi’s home ground.

Criacao Shinjuku (11-14-10) enters the contest following a 2-0 home loss to Honda on Oct. 18. Their JFL campaign has been marked by inconsistency, though they managed a 2-2 draw with Yokohama SCC in their previous fixture.

Minebea Mitsumi (8-10-9) is looking to rebound from a 1-0 road defeat against Yokohama SCC on Oct. 19. The home side has shown flashes of offensive power this season, including a 5-1 victory over Yokogawa Musashino FC on Sept. 20.

The last meeting between these sides ended in a 0-0 stalemate on June 29.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the projected final score is a 1-1 draw.
