RAYONG, Thailand (Interstat) — Ratchaburi defeated Rayong 4-2 on Tuesday in a Thai League 1 match at Rayong Stadium, powered by a pair of second-half goals from substitute Njiva Rakotoharimalala.

The visitors scored three times in a decisive 10-minute span after halftime. Denílson Júnior, also a substitute, opened the scoring in first-half stoppage time. Rayong’s Anon Amornlertsak briefly equalized in the 63rd minute before Rakotoharimalala struck twice in the 65th and 73rd minutes. Stenio Junior added a late goal for the hosts.

The result defied a pregame projection of a draw from Interstat, which gave Ratchaburi a 56% chance to win. The victory gives Ratchaburi a winning start to its league campaign.
