WIESBADEN, Germany (Interstat) — Havelse delivered a shocking road performance Wednesday, thrashing Wehen Wiesbaden 4-1 in a 3. Liga match at BRITA-Arena.

The visitors scored early and never relented. Christopher Schepp opened the scoring in the sixth minute, followed by Fatih Kaya in the 19th. Substitute Semi Belkahia made it 3-0 in the 51st. After Wehen’s Marko Ilić netted a consolation in the 80th, Havelse substitute Johann Berger sealed the win, contributing a goal and an assist.

The result defied statistical projections heavily favoring the home side. The win is a bright spot for Havelse amid a difficult season, while Wehen Wiesbaden’s home form suffered a surprising collapse.
