DORMAA AHENKRO, Ghana (Interstat) — Aduana Stars and Samartex played to a 0-0 draw Sunday in the Ghana Premier League at Agyeman Badu Stadium.

The match, lacking in clear offensive chances, was defined by defensive discipline and frequent interruptions. Referee’s book featured six yellow cards, with Samartex’s Kwaku Owusu receiving the first in the 16th minute. The result extends Aduana Stars’ unbeaten run at home this season.

The stalemate leaves Aduana Stars with 10 wins, 3 losses and 8 draws in league play. Samartex now stands at 8 wins, 4 losses and 9 draws. The teams previously drew 1-1 in October. Interstat’s pregame projections, which favored Aduana Stars, were upended by the deadlock.
