ZAGREB, Croatia (Interstat) — Swedish side Hacken visits Bosnian champion Zrinjski on Thursday in a Europa League group stage match with both teams seeking a crucial result.

The Group D fixture, scheduled for Nov. 27, 2025, at Stadion HŠK Zrinjski in Mostar, pits a Hacken team coming off a domestic win against a Zrinjski squad riding a strong run in its domestic league.

Hacken (0-0-1) enters the contest following a 1-0 victory over Pitea IF in Sweden’s domestic league on Nov. 16. Their European form, however, has been inconsistent, including a 1-0 loss to CFR Cluj in their last Europa League outing on Aug. 28, which was preceded by a wild 7-2 victory over the same opponent.

Zrinjski (0-0-1) is in strong domestic form, having won its last five league matches, including a 2-0 victory over Radnik Bijeljina on Nov. 21. The Bosnian side’s European campaign, however, was dealt a significant blow in its last group stage match, a 6-0 defeat away to Dynamo Kyiv on Nov. 6.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the match is projected to end in a 1-1 draw. A point would be a valuable result for both sides as they look to build momentum in a difficult group.

Following this match, Zrinjski will host Posusje in domestic play on Nov. 30, while Hacken’s next European fixture is a UEFA Conference League match against AEK Larnaca on Dec. 11.
