Shaanxi Lianhe FC vs Guangxi Pingguo
XI’AN, China (Interstat) — Shaanxi Lianhe FC hosts Guangxi Pingguo in a China League One match on Saturday with both teams looking to build on divergent recent form.
The matchup at Shaanxi’s home ground pits a mid-table side against the league’s bottom club. Shaanxi Lianhe FC sits with a 8-8-5 league record, while Guangxi Pingguo has struggled to a 6-24-8 mark in the competition.
Guangxi Pingguo, however, enters with momentum from a surprising 2-1 home victory over Shanghai Jiading last Saturday. That win snapped a string of poor results for a team that has found victories scarce this season.
Shaanxi Lianhe FC, meanwhile, is looking to rebound from a heavy 3-0 road loss to Dalian Kuncheng FC in its last outing. Prior to that defeat, the club had shown more consistent form, including a 2-0 win over Qingdao Hongshi FC on Oct. 19.
The last meeting between these two sides on July 5 ended in a 0-0 stalemate.
According to the Interstat game simulator, Saturday’s contest is projected to end in another 1-1 draw.
Kickoff is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025.
