ONHAYE, Belgium (Interstat) — Onhaye defeated RCS Brainois 3-2 in a Belgian Division 2 match Saturday at Terrain CS Onhaye.

The hosts rallied from an early deficit after RCS Brainois substitutes Léopold Laurent and Dani Morais scored in the 5th and 11th minutes, respectively. Onhaye midfielder François-Guillaume Gilain cut the lead before halftime. Midfielder Clément Choisez then secured the comeback victory with two late goals in the 84th and 88th minutes.

The result improved Onhaye’s Division 2 record to 7 wins, 4 losses and 2 draws. RCS Brainois fell to 11 wins, 4 losses and 2 draws in league play. Five yellow cards were issued in the physical contest. The outcome defied a pregame statistical projection that heavily favored Onhaye.
