BANTUL, Indonesia (Interstat) — Aleksa Andrejić scored in the sixth minute Thursday night, lifting Persikota Tangerang to a 1-0 victory over PSIM Yogyakarta in a Liga 1 match at Stadion Sultan Agung.

Persikota Tangerang improved to 14-12-4 overall and in league play. PSIM Yogyakarta fell to 9-9-10 in both the competition and all competitions.

Andrejić’s early goal held up as the only score. Hokky Caraka of Persikota Tangerang received a yellow card in the 86th minute.

The result extended Persikota Tangerang’s recent struggles, as the visitors had lost four consecutive matches prior to Thursday. PSIM Yogyakarta entered the game with two draws and three losses in its previous five outings.

Persikota Tangerang last faced PSIM Yogyakarta on Oct. 17, 2025, winning 4-0 at home. The two teams will not meet again in the regular season.
