TOKYO (Interstat) — Two Japan Football League sides mired at the bottom of the table will meet Sunday when Asuka FC hosts Atletico Suzuka Club.

The match pits two struggling clubs against each other. Asuka FC (3-13-9) sits in last place, while Atletico Suzuka Club (7-13-6) is just a few positions above them. Both teams have identical records across all competitions this season, mirroring their league form.

Atletico Suzuka arrives with a slight edge in momentum, coming off a 3-1 home victory over TIAMO Hirakata on Oct. 25. That win snapped a four-game losing streak across all competitions.

The visitors will also draw confidence from the most recent head-to-head meeting, a 1-0 home win over Asuka FC on April 20.

Asuka FC, meanwhile, looks to rebound from a 3-1 home loss to Yokohama SCC on Oct. 25. They have managed just one win in their last 10 matches across all competitions.

Despite the recent history favoring the visitors, the Interstat game simulator projects a narrow 1-0 victory for the home side, Asuka FC.
