VARSTERO, Sweden (Interstat) — Djurgardens IF FF scored three second-half goals to rally past Osters IF 3-1 on Sunday in the Allsvenskan opener for both clubs at Spiris Arena.

Alibek Aliev gave the home side Osters a lead just before halftime. Djurgardens responded with three unanswered goals from substitutes Adam Ståhl, Patric Åslund and August Priske to secure the comeback victory. The result defied a tight pregame projection that gave Djurgardens only a slight edge to win.

Djurgardens begins its league campaign with a win, while Osters starts with a loss. The match was physical, featuring five yellow cards.
