RAMAT GAN, Israel (Interstat) — Hap Rish LeZion dominated Hap Ram HaSharon 4-1 in a Liga Leumit match Friday at Haberfeld Stadium. The home side built a commanding lead with first-half goals from Oche Ochowechi in the 15th minute and Dvir Nir in the 29th. David Asanka and Chance Mondzenga extended the lead with goals in the 47th and 54th minutes before Shay Refael Sabah scored a consolation for the visitors in second-half stoppage time. The result defied a pregame projection from Interstat, which gave Hap Rish LeZion a 73% chance to win but simulated a 1-1 draw. Both teams opened their league seasons with the match.
