1. FFC Turbine Potsdam vs VfR Schwarz-Weiss Warbeyen

POTSDAM, Germany (Interstat) — First-place 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam will look to maintain its commanding lead in the 2. Bundesliga when it hosts VfR Schwarz-Weiss Warbeyen on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

Potsdam enters with a dominant head-to-head record, having defeated Warbeyen 6-0 on Nov. 9, 2025, in their most recent meeting.

The home side has shown mixed form lately, falling 1-0 to Hertha Berlin on April 19. That result followed a 5-3 loss to RB Leipzig II on April 12, but before those setbacks, Potsdam posted a convincing 3-0 win at VfL Wolfsburg II on April 5. Earlier in the season, Potsdam recorded a 1-0 win over SC Sand on March 19 and a scoreless draw against Turkiyemspor R-B on March 29.

Warbeyen comes in reeling, having been shut out 4-0 by Stuttgart on April 4. The club has lost eight of its last 10 matches. That skid includes a 2-1 loss at Wolfsburg II on March 29, a 2-1 loss to Borussia M’gladbach on March 22, a 3-1 loss to SC Sand on March 15, and a 6-1 drubbing at Bayern Munich II on Feb. 22. Warbeyen’s only bright spot in that stretch was a 2-1 win at Ingolstadt II on Feb. 8.

Interstat’s game simulator projects a 4-1 win for Potsdam. The ELO system gives Potsdam an 84.1 percent probability of victory.

After Sunday, Warbeyen hosts Andernach on May 3. Potsdam hosts Bayern Munich II on the same day.
