STEPHENVILLE, Texas (Interstat) — The Utah Valley Wolverines defeated the Tarleton State Texans 3-0 in an NCAA women’s soccer game Sunday. The visiting Wolverines dominated the match, handing the Texans a shutout loss in front of 890 fans.

The victory improves Utah Valley’s record to 9-4 this season. Tarleton State moves to 5-5-3. The result avenged a preseason projection that favored the Texans and flipped the result from their September meeting, which Utah Valley also won decisively.
