TUESDAY, APRIL 28, 2026 (Interstat) — Decic will host Banik Ostrava in a Club Friendlies exhibition match at a venue and location yet to be announced. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. local time.

Both teams enter the friendly after inconsistent stretches heading into the 2026-27 season.

Banik Ostrava, the visiting side from the Czech Republic, most recently drew 1-1 at Mlada Boleslav on Sept. 21, 2025. That result extended a pattern of mixed form: the Czech outfit has won only two of its last 10 matches across all competitions, with five draws and three losses. Among those results were a 2-0 loss at home to Slovan Liberec on Sept. 13 and a 2-1 defeat at Karvina on Aug. 10. Banik Ostrava also played two-legged ties against Austria Vienna in August, winning 4-3 away on Aug. 7 before drawing 1-1 at home on Aug. 14. The team’s only clean sheet in that span came in a 2-0 victory over Slovacko on Aug. 24.

Decic, the home side from Montenegro, has struggled more sharply. Its most recent competitive match was a 3-1 loss to Sutjeska on April 4, 2026. That defeat continued a difficult campaign in which Decic has won just one of its last eight games (Interstat) — a 2-0 home victory over Buducnost on Feb. 15, 2026. However, that same day, Decic also lost 3-0 to Buducnost and drew 0-0 with Jezero, suggesting erratic scheduling or multiple friendlies. Earlier in the 2025 season, Decic lost both legs of a European qualifier against Rapid Vienna (4-2 and 2-0) and split two matches with Sileks (2-0 win, 2-1 loss). The team has been shut out in five of its last seven outings.
