Awajo Asepa scored twice for PSV, striking in the third minute and again in the 52nd minute. Omer David Dahan added a goal in the seventh minute, and Yorbe Vertessen found the net in the 19th minute. Jizz Hornkamp pulled one back for Heracles in the 67th minute, assisted by substitute Ruben Roosken.
