SOLNA, Sweden (Interstat) — Vorskla pulled off a stunning 2-0 upset victory over AIK in extra time during a UEFA Europa Conference League group stage match Saturday at Friends Arena. The result defied pregame projections that heavily favored the Swedish side. Marcelina Emerson scored both goals for the visiting Ukrainian club, finding the net in the 12th minute and again in the 112th minute to secure the win. The match, which was scoreless after 90 minutes, saw Vorskla improve its tournament record to 1-0, while AIK fell to 3-2.
