(Interstat) — LUXEMBOURG — Atert Bissen hosts Rumelange on Friday, May 8, 2026, in a Week 15 matchup of Luxembourg’s Promotion d’Honneur at Terrain Bousbierg in Biissen.

The game brings together two clubs coming off dramatically different results on May 3. Atert Bissen posted a resounding 5-0 victory at Racing FC Union Lëtzebuerg, its third win in four matches. Rumelange played to a 4-4 draw at home against FC Luxembourg City.

Rumelange enters Friday’s contest with a mixed recent ledger. Over its past 10 league matches, Rumelange has two wins, four draws and four losses. The club’s most recent victory came April 19, a 4-0 home win over Lorentzweiler. Since then, Rumelange has drawn 1-1 at Berdenia Berbourg and then tied Luxembourg City. Prior to that, Rumelange lost 3-1 at home to Wiltz on April 12 and played scoreless draws on April 4 at Feulen and on March 29 against Bettembourg.

Atert Bissen has shown stronger form, with seven wins, two draws and one loss in its last 10 outings. The only defeat in that stretch came March 8, a 1-0 loss at Victoria Rosport. Atert Bissen has since gone unbeaten in five matches, including a 2-2 draw with Mamer on April 26, a 3-0 win at Hostert on April 19, a 2-1 victory at UN Käerjéng 97 on April 12, and a 2-0 win over Prog Niederkorn on April 4.

Projections for the match are divided. Interstat’s game simulator forecasts a 2-2 draw. However, Interstat’s ELO system gives Rumelange a 70.50 percent probability of winning.

The Promotion d’Honneur is the second tier of Luxembourg’s football league system, behind the BGL Ligue.
