GENEVA (Interstat) — A global women’s football friendly on Friday pits Swiss side Servette W against the French powerhouse Lyon W in a match featuring a stark contrast in pedigree and current form.

The fixture, organized under the Club Friendlies Women banner, will be played on Oct. 31, 2025.

Lyon W, one of Europe’s most decorated clubs, enters with an undefeated record in this competition (1-0-1) and across all competitions this season (1-0-1). They are, however, coming off a scoreless draw with Saint-Étienne on Tuesday.
