ZAGREB, Croatia (Interstat) — A clash of early-season momentum and misery is set for Saturday as Loko Zagreb U19 hosts HNK Gorica U19 in a Croatian 1. HNL Juniori fixture.

The Week 2 matchup at Igralište na Kajzerici pits two sides at opposite ends of the nascent league table. HNK Gorica U19 (1-0-0) enters with confidence following a 3-2 victory over Inker Zaprešić U19 on Oct. 14. Conversely, Loko Zagreb U19 (0-0-1) looks to rebound from a difficult 6-2 defeat to Hajduk Split U19 in its last league outing. Both teams’ overall season records mirror their league form.

Statistical projections for the contest are conflicted. Interstat’s game simulator forecasts a 1-1 draw. However, the same service’s ELO rating system heavily favors the home side, giving Loko Zagreb U19 a 78.40 percent probability of victory.
