SERAING, Belgium (Interstat) — Pape Moussa Fall’s hat trick propelled RFC Seraing to a 3-2 win over Eisd Maasmechelen in a Belgian First Division B match Saturday at Stade du Pairay.

Fall opened the scoring in the fourth minute and completed his triple in stoppage time, with Mathieu Cachbach and Ruben Droehnlé providing assists. The visitors’ goals came from Reza Jabireh in the fifth minute and Saman Narimanjahan in the 51st.

The match, part of the league’s Week 24, featured six yellow cards. The result defied a pregame projection that favored Eisd Maasmechelen. Seraing improved its league record, while Maasmechelen suffered its first loss in the competition this season.
