GWANGYANG, Korea Republic (April 6, 2026) (Interstat) — Jeonnam Dragons advanced in the Korean FA Cup with a 4-3 extra-time victory over Busan Transport at Gwangyang Stadium on Monday. The match defied a pregame projection of a 1-1 draw.

Busan Transport defender Seok-Hwan In opened the scoring in the 16th minute, but his teammate Tae-Hong Park conceded an own goal three minutes later. Jeonnam’s Woo-Bin Jung netted in the 36th minute. After regulation ended 2-2, Min-Woo Lee scored for Busan in the 94th minute, but Jeonnam scored twice in extra time to secure the win. Busan Transport received five yellow cards. Jeonnam Dragons improved to 1-0 in the competition.
