SOFIA, Bulgaria (Interstat) — Akademija Pandev delivered a dominant performance Wednesday, defeating Teteks 4-1 in a MKD Cup of Cup match at Stadion Lokomotiv.

The visiting side scored four unanswered goals to secure the victory. Mamadou Diallo opened the scoring in the 44th minute, followed by second-half goals from Bertrand Fourrier, Andre Hoffmann and Brian Sobrero. Teteks’ José Martínes scored a consolation goal in second-half stoppage time.

The result defied a pre-match projection that favored Teteks. Akademija Pandev begins its cup campaign with a win, while Teteks starts with a loss.
