BELPER, England (Interstat) — Non-league side Belper Town delivered a significant upset Wednesday, defeating professional club Derby County 3-1 in a Derbyshire Senior Cup match at Christchurch Meadow.

Thitiphan Puangjan opened the scoring for the hosts in the 24th minute. Muhsen Al Ghassani equalized for Derby County six minutes later, but Belper Town reclaimed control after halftime. Aboubakar Kamara scored in the 49th minute, and a player identified as Everton sealed the victory in the 62nd.
