METLAOUI, Tunisia (Interstat) — USonnhofen was held to a 1-1 draw by Pollau in an AUT STFV Cup match Wednesday at Stade Municipal de Métlaoui, defying pregame projections.

Achref Jebri gave the home side the lead in the 53rd minute with a right-footed goal. Pollau, however, found a late equalizer to secure a road point. The result spoiled a dominant statistical forecast, as simulators had predicted a 4-0 victory for USonnhofen, which held a 65.2% win probability.

The draw leaves USonnhofen with one win and one draw in cup play this season. Pollau remains winless in the competition, recording one draw and one loss. Both teams now have identical overall season records.
