(Interstat) — Orgryte U21 secured a 1-0 victory over Elfsborg U21 in a SWE U21 League match Sunday, defying heavy pregame odds. The Week 7 contest, played at Estadio La Asunción in Asunción Mita, was decided by a dramatic stoppage-time goal from William Fajardo in the second minute of added time. The result marked a significant upset, as statistical models heavily favored the visitors. Interstat’s game simulator had projected a 3-1 win for Elfsborg U21, and its ELO system gave Elfsborg U21 an 83.1 percent probability to win. With the result, Orgryte U21 improved to a perfect start in league play this season, while Elfsborg U21 began its campaign with a loss.
