KAUNAS, Lithuania (Interstat) — Kyle Duke scored 36 points to lead Kauno past Kedainiu 127-89 on Wednesday in Lithuanian NKL play. Kauno improved to 1-0, while Kedainiu fell to 0-1. Kauno scored 31 points in the first quarter, 26 in the second, 38 in the third and 32 in the fourth. Kedainiu scored 23 in the first, 20 in the second, 24 in the third and 22 in the fourth. Kauno shot 50 of 77 from the floor, 19 of 35 from three-point range and 8 of 10 from the free throw line. Kedainiu shot 31 of 59 from the floor, 8 of 22 from three-point range and 19 of 26 from the free throw line. Ignas Lukosius posted 15 points and 12 rebounds. Justas Tamulis scored 19 and added six assists. Terell Flournoy Jaden had 15 points, four rebounds and three assists. Paulius Semaska scored 19 and dished out eight assists. Giedrius Stankevicius scored 12, and Sarunas Vasiliauskas had 11 points and eight assists. Kauno committed 10 turnovers and 22 fouls, while Kedainiu had 16 turnovers and 16 fouls.
