PATRAS, Greece (Interstat) — Promitheas Patras defeated Vienna 92-82 on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, at Dimitris Tofalos Arena. New Williams scored 25 points to lead Promitheas, which outscored Vienna 28-16 in the first quarter and 23-30 in the second. Grant Sherfield paced Vienna with 23 points, three rebounds and five assists. Kendal Coleman added 17 points and seven rebounds for Promitheas, while Alagie Barra Njie posted 13 points, four rebounds and 10 assists. Joirdon Nicholas contributed 13 points and eight rebounds for Promitheas, and Aron Stazic had 15 points and eight rebounds for Vienna. Shannon Evans recorded 11 points, 12 assists and two blocks. Promitheas shot 32 of 60 from the floor and 17 of 28 from the free-throw line, while Vienna shot 30 of 63 and 8 of 15. Vienna held a 32-29 rebounding edge but committed 17 turnovers to Promitheas’ 10. Promitheas improved to 1-0 and hosts Manisa on Thursday, Sept. 17. Vienna fell to 0-1 and visits Traiskirchen on Saturday, Sept. 26.
