KĖDAINIAI, Lithuania (Interstat) — Marius Grigonis scored 19 points and added five rebounds and six assists as Zalgiris held off Kedainiai Nevezis 80-76 on Sunday at Kedainiai Sports School’s Basketball Hall. Jacob Wiley had 10 points, seven rebounds and four assists for Nevezis. Edgaras Ulanovas had nine points, four rebounds and four assists for Zalgiris, while Marek Blazevic scored 14 points. Paulius Petrilevicius added 13 points and four rebounds for Nevezis, Dylan Andrews scored 15 points, and Nojus Bukauskas had 12 points. Zalgiris improved to 9-4, while Kedainiai Nevezis fell to 0-4. Zalgiris shot 28 of 54 from the floor, 6 of 23 from 3-point range and 18 of 29 from the free throw line. Kedainiai Nevezis shot 27 of 60 overall, 6 of 20 from 3-point range and 16 of 28 at the line. Zalgiris had eight offensive rebounds, three assists, two blocks, eight turnovers and 22 fouls. Kedainiai Nevezis had 12 offensive rebounds, three assists, eight turnovers and 26 fouls.
