KLAIPEDA, Lithuania (Interstat) — Zalgiris defeated Neptūnas 93-69 on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, at Svyturys Arena in a Lithuanian LKL game. The visiting Zalgiris broke open the contest with a 32-point third quarter and led comfortably throughout. Zalgiris shot 32 of 62 from the floor, made 9 of 23 three-pointers and converted 20 of 24 free throws. Neptūnas shot 22 of 51 overall, 8 of 17 from beyond the arc and 12 of 19 at the line. Zalgiris held a 32-21 rebounding edge, including 7-6 on the offensive glass, and committed 10 turnovers to Neptūnas’ 13. Marek Blazevic led Zalgiris with 15 points, six rebounds and two assists. Jonas Valanciunas added 12 points and seven rebounds, Azuolas Tubelis had 11 points and five rebounds, and Sterling Brown scored 13. Elvar Fridriksson paced Neptūnas with 17 points and six assists, while Henri Drell scored 10 and Mindaugas Girdziunas added 11. Zalgiris improved to 3-1; Neptūnas fell to 1-1.
