MOSCOW (Interstat) — Matvey Padius scored 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead MBA Moscow II to a 72-65 victory over CSKA II on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at DS Dynamo Krylatskoe.

MBA Moscow II took control early, outscoring CSKA II 23-12 in the first quarter and leading 45-34 at halftime. CSKA II trimmed the deficit in the second half, winning the third quarter 15-14 and the fourth 16-13, but could not overcome the early hole.

Padius added four assists and two blocks for MBA Moscow II, which improved to 30-3. Maxim Ogarkov contributed 14 points and eight rebounds with four blocks, and Mikhail Chernyshev added 15 points and four rebounds. Grigory Kirill led CSKA II with 21 points and three rebounds, while Rafael Tashev and Sergey Novikov each scored 11.

MBA Moscow II shot 27 of 61 from the floor and 4 of 17 from 3-point range, while CSKA II shot 23 of 70 and 5 of 31 from beyond the arc. Both teams had 81 possessions, with MBA posting an offensive rating of 89.0 to CSKA’s 80.2.

The loss dropped CSKA II to 37-8 in the VTB Youth United League. The teams split their previous two meetings earlier in April.
