Cagliari vs. Cremona

CREMONA, Italy (Interstat) — Cremona hosts Cagliari on Wednesday at PalaRadi in a Serie A2 Basket matchup with both teams hovering near .500, seeking momentum in the regular season’s closing stretch.

Cremona enters with an 18-19 record across all competitions, while Cagliari sits at 16-21. The home team carries a 69.70 percent win probability per Interstat’s ELO system, a slight edge in what has been a closely contested series.

The two sides split their most recent meetings. Cremona eked out a 74-73 victory at Cagliari on Jan. 25, 2026, after Cagliari won 73-69 at Cremona on Dec. 14, 2025.

Cremona is coming off a dramatic 83-82 home win Sunday over Gemini Mestre. Forward Vittorio Bartoli posted 12 points, nine rebounds and five assists in 23 minutes. Bartoli has been a steady contributor for Cremona and will be a key figure Wednesday.

Cagliari, meanwhile, dropped a 66-80 decision Sunday at Rieti. Guard MaCio Teague led all scorers with 30 points in 31 minutes. Over his last four games, Teague has averaged 19.5 points while also contributing on the boards and as a playmaker. He scored 23 points in a win over Baltur Centu on April 19 and added 15 points against Victoria Libertas on April 8.

Cagliari’s recent form has been uneven. The team has alternated wins and losses over its last five games, including victories over Baltur Centu (80-69) and Ruvo di Puglia (77-69) but defeats to Victoria Libertas and Rieti. Center Robert Allen added 11 points and nine rebounds in the Rieti loss.

Cremona has won three of its last four, including a 93-62 rout of Roseto on April 12, though the team fell 100-95 at Ruvo di Puglia on April 19. Bartoli’s inside-outside presence, along with guard Kadeem Allen’s playmaking, will test a Cagliari defense that allowed 80 or more points in three of its last five outings.

Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. local time.
