SŁUPSK, Poland (Interstat) — Trefl Sopot visits Słupsk on Saturday at Hala Gryfia in a Polish OBL matchup that pits a team playing for playoff positioning against one trying to crawl out of the league’s basement.

Sopot enters with a 24-17 overall record, while Słupsk owns an 8-18 mark. The teams played Friday, though no final score was reported. In their last completed head-to-head, Dec. 28, 2025, Sopot rolled 97-61 at home. Interstat’s ELO system projects Sopot with a 66.5% probability of victory.

All eyes will be on Sopot guard Dylan Addae-Wusu. The shooting guard is coming off 17 points, five rebounds and three assists in 23 minutes during an April 18 win over Pierniki Toruń. He followed an 11-point, nine-assist outing in an overtime victory at TBV Start Lublin on April 11. His consistency has been key for a Sopot side that has won four of its last five, including a 103-97 overtime decision over Lublin and a 96-85 road win at King Szczecin on March 28.

Słupsk counters with center Tim Lambrecht. The big man posted 15 points, four rebounds and five assists in 24 minutes during an April 18 loss at Dziki. However, he has struggled for consistency, managing just two points and two rebounds in 13 minutes against Stelmet Zielona Gora on April 2 and logging only six scoreless minutes against Anwil on March 28.

Sopot’s recent form stands in stark contrast to Słupsk’s. The hosts have lost eight of their last nine, with their only win coming March 12 against Miasto Szkła Krosno. Their defense has been porous, allowing at least 91 points in four of their last five losses. Sopot’s depth also showed in its last win: alongside Addae-Wusu, forward Mindaugas Kacinas contributed 13 points and six rebounds, and guard Paul Scruggs added seven assists.

Sopot looks to continue building momentum ahead of a May 1 home game against Slam Stal Ostrow. Słupsk, meanwhile, travels to Gornik Castle on April 29, hoping Saturday’s game can spark a turnaround before hosting GTK Gliwice on May 5. Tipoff is scheduled for Saturday evening at Hala Gryfia.
