MBA Moscow II vs. Parma II
PARMA, Russia (Interstat) — The VTB Youth United League’s top team, MBA Moscow II, brings its dominant season on the road Tuesday to face a Parma II squad seeking revenge in a rematch of a recent blowout.
The game is scheduled for April 21, 2026, at FOK Victory in Parma.
MBA Moscow II (27-3 overall) has established itself as the class of the league, with its three losses coming by a combined 10 points. Its most recent outing was a 100-50 demolition of Yenisei-2 on April 8. The team’s strength is its balance, with contributors like Ivan Kalugin, who dished nine assists in that win, and Truntaev Andrey.
However, forward Maxim Ogarkov has been a consistent force. In his last two games, he averaged 10.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in just 19 minutes per contest.
They face a Parma II team (26-20) that is formidable at home but was thoroughly handled by MBA Moscow II less than a month ago. On March 25, Parma II suffered a 102-69 road loss in Moscow, a game in which guard Ivan Mironov was held to eight points.
Mironov, Parma II’s key scorer, enters Tuesday on a hot streak, coming off a 30-point performance in a 96-76 win over Nizhny Novgorod II on April 8. His scoring burst will be essential for a home team that has lost two of its last four.
The head-to-head history heavily favors the visitors. MBA Moscow II has won the last three meetings by an average margin of 32.3 points, including an 80-53 win in Parma last December.
Tuesday’s matchup presents a stark contrast in trajectories. MBA Moscow II aims to continue its march toward a league title, while Parma II looks to defend its home court and prove its recent high-scoring form can challenge the league’s best.
