TOLEDO, Spain (Interstat) — Toledo Basket held off a late charge to defeat Clavijo 75-70 on Sunday in a Spanish Segunda FEB matchup. The home team used a strong second quarter, outscoring Clavijo 24-19, to establish a lead it would not relinquish. Sergio Mendiola led Toledo Basket with 15 points and six rebounds in 20 minutes. Chandler Jacobs scored 17 points for Clavijo, which mounted a fourth-quarter rally but fell short. Both teams are now 13-11 on the season.
