Brungard, Gilbert power Youngstown State past Indiana State

(Interstat) — Beau Brungard threw for 386 yards and three touchdowns, ran for two scores and caught a 31-yard pass as visiting Youngstown State defeated Indiana State 57-24 on Saturday in an NCAA Football Championship Division game at Memorial Stadium. Brungard completed 25-of-34 passes and added 37 rushing yards. Brady Allen completed 20-of-28 passes for 299 yards and one touchdown for the Sycamores, who dropped to 2-5.
