Oklahoma edges Texas in Cotton Bowl after late defensive score
5 days ago DALLAS (Interstat) — Oklahoma defeated Texas 27-24 on Saturday at the Cotton Bowl in a NCAA Football Bowl Division game, using timely defense and a late fourth-quarter stand to hold off the visiting Longhorns before an announced attendance of 92,100. The Sooners improved to 3-2, while Texas fell to 4-1.
