The Hoosiers improved to 3-0, while the Hilltoppers fell to 0-3 before an attendance of 54,695. Josh Hoover led Indiana, completing 18 of 24 passes for 273 yards and two touchdowns while rushing twice for 2 yards. Charlie Becker caught five passes for 127 yards and a touchdown. Turbo Richard rushed 15 times for 149 yards and a score, and Lee Beebe Jr. had 17 carries for 50 yards and two touchdowns. Western Kentucky was held scoreless. Brock Glenn completed 17 of 32 passes for 120 yards and rushed 11 times for 30 yards. Jaylen Lewis made 11 tackles, Xavion Griffin and Westen Ard each had nine, and Jackson Smith punted seven times for 333 yards. Indiana next hosts Northwestern, while Western Kentucky hosts Mercyhurst.
