Leatherwood throws two TDs as Tennessee Tech tops Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (Interstat) — Jax Leatherwood threw two touchdown passes and Tennessee Tech defeated Chattanooga 24-9 on Saturday, Sept. 5, at Finley Stadium. Leatherwood completed 19 of 32 passes for 161 yards. He connected with Maury Sullivan for a 16-yard touchdown in the third quarter and Gabe Nunez for an 11-yard score in the fourth.
