GREELEY, Colo. (Interstat) — Visiting South Dakota defeated Northern Colorado 38-23 on Saturday at Nottingham Field, improving the Coyotes to 2-0 while dropping the Bears to 0-2. Jackson Proctor rushed for a 40-yard gain to highlight South Dakota’s balanced attack. Charles Pierre Jr. ran for two touchdowns, from 11 and 10 yards, and Tennel Bryant added a 46-yard touchdown run in the first quarter.
