Georgetown at Holy Cross

WORCESTER, Mass. (Interstat) — A pair of Patriot League teams heading in opposite directions will meet Saturday when the Georgetown Hoyas visit the Holy Cross Crusaders at Fitton Field.

Georgetown (6-5) enters the regular-season finale on a high note after a 14-0 shutout of Fordham last Saturday. Quarterback Dez Thomas II accounted for two touchdowns, and the Hoyas’ defense posted its first shutout of the season. The victory made the Hoyas bowl-eligible.

Holy Cross (2-9) snapped a four-game losing streak with a 37-20 road win at Bucknell. The Crusaders’ ground game was dominant, with running backs Jayden Clerveaux (142 yards, TD) and Nyeoti Punni (131 yards, 2 TDs) both eclipsing 130 rushing yards.

Despite the records, Interstat’s game simulator projects a Holy Cross victory, 33-19. The Crusaders will look to build on their recent offensive outburst, while Georgetown aims to secure a winning season and bolster its postseason resume. The Hoyas have lost three of their last five games.

Kickoff is set for Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025.
