Missouri at Oklahoma

NORMAN, Okla. (Interstat) — A pivotal late-season conference clash is set for Saturday at Memorial Stadium as the Oklahoma Sooners host the Missouri Tigers.

Both teams enter the Nov. 22, 2025, contest with momentum from significant victories. Oklahoma (8-2) is riding high after a 23-21 road win over Alabama, a game in which quarterback John Mateer accounted for a touchdown. The Sooners’ two losses this season came against Ole Miss and Texas.

Missouri (7-3) is coming off a dominant 49-27 home victory over Mississippi State, powered by a historic 300-yard, three-touchdown rushing performance from running back Ahmad Hardy. The Tigers’ season has been marked by impressive wins, including a double-overtime triumph at Auburn, but also featured a recent upset loss to Vanderbilt.

Despite Missouri’s potent rushing attack, Interstat’s game simulator projects a 38-19 victory for the Sooners. Betting markets, however, tell a different story, installing Oklahoma as a 6.5-point favorite with an over/under of 42.5 points.

The game will be the final home contest of the season for the Sooners, who close their schedule the following week against LSU. Missouri will travel to face Arkansas in its regular-season finale.
