Clemson at Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Interstat) — The Clemson Tigers, riding a wave of momentum from a signature win, will look to derail the Louisville Cardinals’ strong season when the ACC foes meet Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium.
Clemson (4-5) is coming off a 24-10 victory over then-Florida State last Saturday, a result that snapped a two-game skid and revitalized its season. Quarterback Cade Klubnik was efficient in the win, throwing for 221 yards and a touchdown while adding another score on the ground.
The Tigers’ season, however, has been marked by inconsistency, including narrow losses to Duke and a defeat to SMU.
Louisville (7-2) aims to rebound after a tough 29-26 overtime loss to California. The Cardinals’ offense is powered by running back Keyjuan Brown, who rushed for 136 yards in the defeat. Their two losses this season have both come in overtime.
Despite the disparity in records, Clemson has been installed as a 3.5-point favorite by oddsmakers. The over/under is set at 51.5 points. A projection from Interstat simulates a tight Clemson victory, 28-25.
The game is a critical juncture for both teams. Clemson seeks to build on its recent success to reach bowl eligibility, while Louisville looks to solidify its standing in the conference race and secure an eighth win.
