Wagner at Robert Morris
MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (Interstat) — Two teams riding winning streaks and seeking to climb out of the conference cellar will meet Saturday when the Wagner Seahawks visit the Robert Morris Colonials at Joe Walton Stadium.
Both teams enter the Nov. 8 contest with identical 3-6 overall records. Wagner (3-6) has won two straight, including a 23-20 road victory over Saint Francis (PA) last Saturday. The Seahawks’ ground game led the way, with running backs Matt Morad and Andre Hines Jr. combining for 68 rushing yards and a touchdown.
Robert Morris (3-6) is also coming off a narrow road win, having defeated Stonehill 20-17. Colonials running back Ethan Shine was the workhorse in that victory, rushing for 122 yards on 28 carries.
The matchup features two teams with mirroring records and recent momentum. Wagner’s two-game win streak followed a three-game skid, while Robert Morris has split its last four contests.
According to Interstat’s game simulator, Robert Morris is projected to win with a final score of 33-25.
