Navy at Notre Dame

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (Interstat) — A surging Navy team looks to rebound from its first loss when it faces Notre Dame in a nonconference showdown Saturday at Notre Dame Stadium.

The Midshipmen (7-1) saw their seven-game winning streak snapped last Saturday in a 31-17 road loss to North Texas. Despite the defeat, Navy’s triple-option offense, led by quarterback Blake Horvath, remains potent. Horvath rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown against North Texas, while fullback Alex Tecza and running back Brandon Chatman provide additional threats on the ground.

The Fighting Irish (6-2) enter on a three-game winning streak after a 25-10 victory at Boston College. Quarterback CJ Carr threw for 299 yards and two touchdowns in that contest, and running back Jeremiyah Love rushed for 136 yards and two scores.

Notre Dame’s two losses this season came against ranked opponents, including a narrow 41-40 defeat to Texas A&M.

Despite Navy’s strong record, oddsmakers have installed Notre Dame as a heavy favorite. The Fighting Irish are favored by 26.5 points, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The over/under is 55.5. A projection from Interstat gives Notre Dame a 34-19 victory.

The game is set for a noon EST kickoff on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025.
