Duke at Connecticut
EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (Interstat) — A surging Connecticut team looks to continue its push for bowl eligibility when it hosts a Duke squad riding high from a landmark victory on Saturday at Pratt & Whitney Stadium.
The Huskies (6-3) have won four of their last five, including a 38-19 win over UAB last Saturday. Quarterback Joe Fagnano was efficient in that victory, throwing for 267 yards and four touchdowns.
They face a Blue Devils team (5-3) coming off a stunning 46-45 road win over then-Clemson. Duke quarterback Darian Mensah led that upset, throwing for 361 yards and four touchdowns, with receiver Que’Sean Brown catching two of those scoring passes.
Despite Duke’s signature win, Connecticut has been installed as a 9.5-point favorite by oddsmakers. The total is set at 62.5 points. A projection from Interstat forecasts a 30-26 victory for the Huskies.
The game features two potent offenses, but Duke’s season has been marked by inconsistency, with a 1-3 record on the road. Connecticut is 4-1 at home this season.
Kickoff is set for Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025.
